Susan Coleman (Susan) Lawson, a native of Ft. Thomas, KY, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1971 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky Law School in 1979. She was also admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1979 and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. Susan is a member of the Order of the Coif, having graduated in the top 10% of her law school class and she was a member of the University of Kentucky Law Journal. She is currently a member of the Harlan County Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Henry was a member of the University of Kentucky Law Journal. He is currently a member of the Bell County Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. Henry is also a member of the Ethics Hotline Committee of the Kentucky Bar Association, a board member of the Bell County Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Southeast Community College, and is actively involved in various other civic organizations.
